Delete a Group or All Student Groups

Follow these steps to delete either a single group or all groups in your school's account.

Deleting a group within CERT is simple and only requires a few steps. These steps are listed below.  If your school utilizes Clever, the single sign-on tool/rostering system, groups will sync every night.  In the case that "old" groups from previous years are in your account, simply "delete all groups" and in the following sync, only current groups/rosters will be loaded.  

To Delete Single Group:

  • Select Students 
  • Select View All under the heading Groups on the left sidebar
  • Select appropriate group to delete
  • Select Delete Group
  • Follow the onscreen instructions and warnings

To Delete All groups, follow these steps: 

  • Select Students tab
  • Choose Delete All under Groups on the left sidebar 
  • Select Delete All Groups
  • Follow on-screen instructions and warnings
