How to adjust remediation access settings if students are unable to access Exam Room or Study Hall.
Follow the steps below to enable Remediation Access:
- Under the Students tab, select Remediation Access
- Enable Study Hall and/or Exam Room
- Save changes by selecting Update Remediation Setting
**IMPORTANT: A best practice recommendation to keep the assessment secure is to only enable the Exam Room after all students complete the assessment for that window. Once assessments are disabled, then enable the Exam Room. **
Students can now log in to their accounts and access remediation materials.
