# Enable Remediation Access

## How to adjust remediation access settings if students are unable to access Exam Room or Study Hall.

### Follow the steps below to enable **Remediation Access**:

- Under the **Students** tab, select **Remediation Access**
- Enable **Study Hall** and/or **Exam Room**
- Save changes by selecting **Update Remediation Setting**

**\*\*IMPORTANT:  A best practice recommendation to keep the assessment secure is to only enable the Exam Room** *after* **all students complete the assessment for that window.  Once assessments are disabled, then enable the Exam Room. \*\***

Students can now log in to their accounts and access remediation materials.
