Requesting PDF Versions of Assessments 

In accordance with the CERT User Agreement, PDF versions of assessments must be requested by an administrator.  The request should be emailed to CERT Support support@certforschools.com and should include purpose of needing the PDF and the grade level(s) needed.  Schools are responsible for Manually Entering Student Answers. 

CERT test material may only be used for the purpose of administering a CERT test during an authorized testing window. Request and receipt of materials certifies that you understand the limited use of CERT test material and that you will use your best efforts to ensure that CERT test material is only used for its intended purpose of administering a CERT test  during the proper testing window.  All CERT test material printed for the administration of a CERT test must be either destroyed by shredding or similar means or discarded in a manner that minimizes the chance that it could be recovered or reclaimed by a student or third party after the test administration.
