Percentage of Completed Review Videos is Not Increasing

Percentage of Completed Review Videos is Not Increasing Find out how to troubleshoot and investigate why percentages of review completion are not increasing

Once a student completes at least one section of an assessment, the remedial videos in Exam Room become available. As students watch each video for the missed and/or skipped questions on the assessment, the video icon changes from red to blue signifying the video has been completed.

Monitor Student Progress of Review Videos

To monitor what percentage of the Exam Room videos students have completed:

  • Click the Reports tab
  • Select the appropriate group using the Assessment Score & Review report
  • Filter Data as desired and  Update Report
  • Examine the Review column for each section of the assessment

**NOTE: This review column only monitors completion of the Exam Room videos, NOT the Study Hall videos.**

If the percentage of reviews do not increase, two possibilities are:

  • The video was not watched from beginning to end. The requirement is that the video is viewed from beginning to end without fast-forwarding.  Students must let the video play in its entirety before credit is given towards percentage completion.
  • The student is viewing the Study Hall videos instead of the Exam Room videos. Only the videos located in the Exam Room will be credited to the review column in the Assessment Score & Review report.
